1. Service Provider

DentalWebAI is a web design service operated from the Netherlands by Dmytro V. These terms govern the use of our website (dentalwebai.com) and the services we provide.

2. Services

We provide website design, development, and related digital services for dental practices. Services include but are not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Website audits and performance analysis
• SEO optimization and local search setup
• Online booking integration
• Ongoing maintenance and support

3. Packages & Pricing

Our packages are listed on the website with transparent pricing. All prices are in EUR and are final — no hidden fees. Prices may be updated at any time; the price at the time of your order confirmation applies to your project.

• Starter: €1,400 — 3-5 business days
• Professional: €3,200 — 7-10 business days
• Premium: €6,500 — 14-21 business days
• Monthly Retainer: €450/month

4. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit is required before work begins
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and client approval
• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal (processed via Stripe)
• The monthly retainer is billed at the beginning of each month
• All invoices are due within 14 days of issuance

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You own 100% of the website code, design, and content we create for you
• You receive the complete source code with no restrictions
• You may host the website anywhere and modify it freely
• No proprietary platforms or CMS lock-in

Before full payment, all work remains the intellectual property of DentalWebAI.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, we need you to provide:

• Your practice logo (vector format preferred)
• Photos of your team, office, and equipment
• Basic practice information (services, hours, address, insurance)
• Timely feedback on design drafts (within 3 business days)

Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery timeline.

7. Revisions

• Starter: 2 rounds of revisions included
• Professional: 3 rounds of revisions included
• Premium: 5 rounds of revisions included

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at €75/hour.

8. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our work. Our refund policy:

• Before work begins: Full refund of deposit within 7 days of payment
• During design phase: If you are not satisfied after the first design draft, we offer a 50% refund of the deposit
• After delivery: No refunds after the final website has been approved and delivered
• Monthly retainer: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No refund for the current month

9. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates. We strive to meet them but delays may occur due to client response times, third-party integrations, or unforeseen complexity. We will communicate any delays promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

DentalWebAI is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or patients due to website downtime
• Third-party service failures (hosting, domain, email providers)
• Content accuracy — you are responsible for the accuracy of practice information
• HIPAA/GDPR compliance of patient data you collect through the website

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at dentalwebai.com/terms.
